Gift Certificate FAQs

• Gift certificates ​may be mailed directly to the recipient (if you purchase online, simply add the recipient's address in the "Order Notes").
• Once the gift certificate is received, the recipient may redeem it online, by phone or in person at our Box Office. It’s that easy!
• SCR gift certificates are redeemable for any SCR performance, season tickets or acting classes, pending availability.
• Tickets purchased with a gift certificate may be exchanged for another date or time ​for the same production only. Exchange fees may apply.
• SCR gift certificates may not be used for food, beverages or merchandise.
• SCR gift certificates are redeemable only for SCR performances and/or acting classes.
• The unused value of a gift certificate will be provided in the form of another gift certificate.
• The recipient is responsible for the difference if their purchase cost exceeds the gift certificate value.
• South Coast Repertory is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time to comply with applicable law.
